So that can mean one of a few things now.

1) The US executive is far more successful in finding criminals than anyone else on the planet.
2) The US have far more laws that get you jailed.
3) People in the US are naturally more criminal than elsewhere.
4) Something makes US people commit crimes.

Well? Which one is it?

If you are in the market for a new sign, it can seem over whelming with all the sign companies out there. And choosing one can be challenging, since not all sign companies can contract for business signage, without a California state electric sign contractor license. Anyway, I'm confused...

You've got that right. You've either very confused, or you've gone for the hat trick - race baiting and clueless. Fabulous. But hey, it's only sex with children, right? You ok with that bro?

Don't you think that the Cuban government could act to reduce child sex tourism without resorting to even more political oppression?

There's a section 'Dynamic Index', but I just noticed that it also opens in the lightbox, which still has no obvious way to actually add a term. ...oh, maybe it's a data loading error. I poked around the tabs in the lightbox for a bit, and then it populated. It seems to be coming up empty otherwise though.

I hate the employers that whine that they can't get good help. The reality is that most employers are not able to pay for skilled or reliable workers. People with tremendous skills and good work habits are available but they do demand real pay. The cabinet shop that wants to hire workers for $10. per hour has a big problem. The cabinet shop that pays $60. per hour gets an entirely different type of worker. Offer $200. per hour and you can create world class cabinets.

"Being black in a black neighborhood" isn't a chargeable offense. Unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon or drugs is.

You shouldn't ignore that there are differences in the rate of offenses. You can see that in murder stats.

Murder by Numbers

In over 52% of the murders in the US in 2011 in which the race of the murderer was known, the murderer was black. Over half of the victims of murder were also black. But blacks are only 13.6% of the population. Put all that together, and the murder rate in the US for non-blacks was more like 2.6 per 100,000 in 2011.

As Peter Baldwin put it in his book, The Narcissism of Minor Differences, "Take out the black underclass from the statistics, and even American murder rates fall to European levels."

But you're not. (For the record, I work for $MAJORCABLECOMPANY as an engineer in the group... well, under discussion. So I'm somewhat informed.) Case in point: the ability to use a song in a movie for theatric release is not the same as the ability to use the song when released on DVD. Likewise, songs played on the radio cannot (unless, of course, specified) be willy-nilly copied for downloads in podcats. The biggie, of course, is region-enforced blackouts for sporting events.

I could give more pertinent examples, but I also like my job, so I guess I'll have to take a pass. But trust me: it ain't as easy as you'd like to make it out.

A lot of the changes that are occurring won't be reversible, at least on any human time scale. But we can keep things from getting worse than they are already bound to get if we do something. The problem isn't really that climate change is occurring but how fast it is occurring (which still seems slow relative to the time scales that most humans are used to dealing with). If you could take the changes that are occurring in two centuries and spread them out over two millenia it wouldn't be that hard to adapt to them. But I think we will be hard pressed to adapt at the speed at which they are and will be happening.

Thats a crock of crap. The only countries in the embargo is the US. Even Canada and Mexico do not participate.

The only thing if anything denying Cuba food and medicine is either corruption in Cuba or Cuba's government. The US is not the only place Cuba can get food or medicine- cold war or not.

An anonymous reader writes "If there is one key item to add to your wardrobe this season it is the full-length dress. Versatile and trendy, find one to suit your shape. And it's a Maxi Dress!!Maxi dresses are such a BIG HIT this season, there are simply gorgeous and full of striking colours and satin qualities and are just too many to choose from. In fact these dresses are so versatile that it can be worn as leisure or evening wear. Wear it to the beach, a walk in the park or a cocktail party and feel feminine. The best thing is these dresses go very well with petite size or larger size woman. Maxi Dress — How to wear themo MATCH WITH heels which will give you enough height to make you look feminine and glamorous not lumpy and large. Patent platforms and wedge heels are great for this season. o MATCH WITH accessories with long, chunky jewelleries and a panama hat. o STYLE it with large shoulder bags or a messenger bags. o BE creative. If you are very short then invest in an elasticated waist, super-long Boho skirt and cover your chest with a cropped cardigan. o DO not over accessories a flowing maxi dress with a belt because it will only ruin the line of the dress. o DO not style yourself up with a cowboy boots... pair them up with wedged heels, gladiator scandals or flip flops will do just fine. For Larger Woman The maxi dress is a perfect piece and makes a larger woman feel more feminine. With the full length dress which can hide all the unwanted sights like thick thighs and wide hips. Larger prints and striking colours are very much more suitable than small prints. For Petite Woman A maxi dress has to perfectly cut and in proportion with a petite woman, if not it will looks like an overly voluminous piece of dress. With careful style of selection a maxi dress can even add an extra height rather than take it away. Maxi dresses are just too comfortable, stunning and easy to wear and for its versatility you can look sexy, cool and even feminine. Be it petite or large all woman can wear this simple yet gorgeous dress..!So hit down town with your very own maxi dress and feel bella ladies..."

How about subsidies? The point is to encourage alternative energy sources, and government can invest without needing to make a profit. It provides for the General Welfare.
