I'm glad I don't do web sites (1)

I knew things were going downhill when all my PHP friends started jumping to Python with its whitespace abmonination. Ruby looks fine, though, but I'll take Tcl and ANSI C any day of the week.

My new toy is R [r-project.org] . Soon I will be able to butress all of my arguments on Slashdot with clearly deliniated extrapolations of 95% confidence intervals, instead of fourth grade math class-style charts [bovik.org] from NCES [ed.gov] .

Dinosaurs walk the earth with humans now. Several of them are serving in the House and Senate. Not to mention Marshal, Will, and Holly.

I keep having the urge to use { } and ; in my Ruby code... hard habit to break.

I've been badgering my host's server admin to install it, but to no avail so far.:)

Any disposable income? TextDrive [textdrive.com] has a $12/month plan, and they even donate half their profits to Rails and other such projects. They're the host of choice of the Rails team, apparently.
