mlk's Journal: Any Bikers?

Can you get either good-looking (& reasonable mileage) eleccy bikes[1], or (even better) duel/alternative fuel bikes? Bio diesel or the like?
The Congestion Charge in London is as much as a tube ticket but alt fuel and electric vehicles don't have to pay the Congestion Charge. :)

1] I'd pref. a bike over a Scooter.
