If you stick a meat item on a menu and make it look like a proper meal I will order it.

The beef cheeks in this BBQ restaurant were described as the darkest most tender cut of beef there is. The flavor was great but the meat was almost too tender, similar to why I prefer NY strip to filet. Also to be honest the thought of eating cheeks did weird me out a bit.

Well, what do you think goes into hamburger, hot dogs, balogna, salami, etc. etc.?

Plus if the sauce is particular good if gives you the opportunity to tell someone - hey, me and my buddy are going out to suck face together - wanna join us?
