Journal Mantorp's Journal: I ate some beef cheeks this weekend 10

If you stick a meat item on a menu and make it look like a proper meal I will order it.

The beef cheeks in this BBQ restaurant were described as the darkest most tender cut of beef there is. The flavor was great but the meat was almost too tender, similar to why I prefer NY strip to filet. Also to be honest the thought of eating cheeks did weird me out a bit.
