27.5 pounds since about the 3rd week of april (i think?)

no more ibuprofen either

i actually had to wear a belt with shorts this weekend. yes, it was dorky. what was even more dorky was that the belt was hastily made out of the yellow 'CAUTION' tapeand some other stuff too

i dunno because i'm not 100% sure what that is. i have an idea tho

does it involve a substance recently ruled upon by the supreme court?

It took me 6 months to build up the stamina to spend my time correcting you. It's a full time job.

So you lost 27 pounds! (1)

Congrats! I wish I could lose weight that fast. I'm hovering between 20-25 pounds lost for the last few weeks. What's your training regime look like?

i run 5 miles 4 or 5 times a week. some sit-ups and weight lifting, but those i do so few of, it probably doesn't matter

aside from the running, i changed my diet too. i think those two things combined are what account for the biggest changes

M-F, i'll usually have 2 yogurts for breakfast (i get a good deal on these 12 pack dannon thingies). a few hours later, a clif bar (chocolate almond is t3h w00t). for lunch, i'll have two turkey sandwiches (wheat bread, turkey from the deli, red/green leaf lettuce, a slice of provolone from the deli, and deli mustard). also for lunch are some sliced apples (i'm currently really into pink lady apples, produce code 4128 if you can find 'em). around 3 or 4, i'll have a bag of cheezits (that's my spoil for the day). then dinner ... i'm not really a big dinner person. but, usually some sort of macaroni or soup or something else easily prepared

friday night dinner is my splurge for the week. pizza [guspizza.com] !

i'm usually passed out drunk for the majority of each weekend (kidding ... not drunk, but sleeping), but i do enjoy an italian sunday dinner-esque meal on sunday. saturday is usually the left over pizza from friday

the thing i think is third most important is getting good sleep. if my mind is clear, i can do pretty much whatever. it's hard for me to do stuff when i'm sleepy

OH, and *plenty* of water. i probably drink 1.5g/day. i don't know how much of that is because i live in AZ tho
