That eating cheese thing is too funny. I mean, think about it. Is it an insult really? How can it be? I personally love cheese? I would it eat it abundantly if I could.

Strictly speaking, any concept is a meme for broad values of "concept". Since the point of modeling ideas in terms of mems is to measure their virulence and spread, web usage refers to any easily describable and popular text formula or text template as a meme.

See, I haven't heard a thing about this. However I'm not that worried about it; memes make their way around the internet...eventually.

Oh dear, at this point, I have no idea! I think there was a time when I tended to react to people blasting one of my comments as a personal affront, as in "I couldn't possibly want to hear from this person if I can help it"....
