So how can a comment be Overrated when it hasn't been rated yet? I guess he was just betting someone might mod it up.So how can a comment be Overrated when it hasn't been rated yet? I guess he was just betting someone might mod it up.

I'm really tired of biased moderation.

Unless you post at -1, overrated has a comment. Instead of commenting on the comment itself, he was commenting that noone else should bother reading it.

Then again, it could just be the old trick of avoiding meta-moderation.

Well, I guess that makes some sense. Though it still seems like a personal bias, but eh.
