I'm not taking it particularly hard--it's more funny than anything. I was actually expecting a funny mod for the basic observation (there is a good deal of humour in the situation, if you can view it with sufficient detachment).

I think what did me in was 1) providing links, so it wouldn't look like I was just blowing smoke and 2) poking at the democrats as well, so it wouldn't be as partisan. My take away lesson: you can poke fun at the red team, you can poke fun at the blue team, but if you point out t
