The Financial Times is reporting that Bill Clinton has been working behind the scenes to help the UAE ports deal, even while Hillary has been posturing in the Senate to kill it.

Yeah, but these two are especially famous for playing all sides of an issue. The point is that for the most part, they really don't believe in anything but power...getting it and keeping it.

Any fool can see that Des is bringing up a much larger point that two folks that are very much on the same side of the political sphere are working diametrically opposite of each other. The fact that they are happily married itself brings out an interesting feature, but hardly to the point that Hillary should be subservient to Bill.
