I'm not going to do the image search, but here in Canada, "dink" is grade-school slang for "penis."

Hmmm... not in New England when I was a boy. Other than the usual dick, peter, etc.., we had:

- weiner
- dingdong

If you said dink, kids would have gotten the gist, but it wouldn't, say, get you whacked upside the head by your mom if she heard you say it.

common today and common forty years ago are two different things... then again, within a 25 mile radius of my homwtown, there were people who called soft drinks:

pop
soda
tonic
and coke (which was used generically, not specifically meaning coca cola)

Well, FWIW, when I was in grade school (1976-83) in Ottawa, Ontario, it was the most common term for penis. I can't speak for any other time or place.

(and it's pop -- well, sometimes coke)
