Did the journal entries get deleted?

I had a couple journal entries that are now gone.

Anyone else missing their journal entries or was I just lucky? Maybe they made an update to the slash-code.. who knows. *grumble*

But I once initiated a vocal "user discussion" thread, which got erased after 2 weeks. I later found out that this was expected behaviour... Boo.
