Le Marteau's Journal: Dallas-based food chain to accept Mexican pesos

Starting Monday, patrons of the Dallas-based Pizza Patrón chain, which caters heavily to Latinos, will be able to purchase American pizzas with Mexican pesos.

This was a headline, in red, on the Drudge Report. As in, the 'big story'. Gotta give it to Drudge; at least he did not throw up the light bar, like he does whenever he REALLY gets his panties in a twist.

Aw, man, calm down. For chrissakes, last time I was in Canada, they were accepting US dollars there (at least in the places _I_ was drinking at, anyway ;) Didn't see Drudge throwing up the siren at THAT, did you. "AYYY! CANADIAN BEER JOINT TAKES AMERICIAN DOLLARS! AYYY! IT'S THE NEW WORLD ORDER."

So some 3rd rate pizza joint in tay-ax-as will be taking pesos. Yeee ha. Big frickin' deal.

There are plenty of things to be worrying about, regarding borders and immigration, but this is not one of them.
