Went to Valimo 21 for lunch, and measured 117/85. Notice that I didn't sleep enough the previous night.

26th of April:
Afternoon (15:50), in Valimo 21, measured it myself: 119/73.
Weighed 64 Kg.

4th of May:
Afternoon: 108/74 !!! Probably because of the cacao drink of the previous day. I felt quite dizzy yesterday afternoon after it.

11th of May:
Afternoon 105/72
Also, 63 Kg weight and 13.1 % bodyfat.

23rd of May:
Around 13:00 115/81 pulse 75.
61.5 Kg.
