SPAMMER's worse than used Car Salesman (Score:1)
They steal your e-mail address and mention that you consented to receive their commercial e-mail messages
They DISHONOR your request to be removed from their SPAM list and instead, force you to eat more SPAM
They are insistent that you receive their commercial messages even though you don't want to receive them

With Used Car Salesman you get
You don't deal with them unless you initiate contact such as going to their lot to look at cars
You get their business card with their name
You know who to sue if they screw you over
How long will it be before SPAMMER's will use the DMCA to force us to eat more SPAM by saying that filters are illegal ? The will say something that as a part of the contract that when we get e-mails, we have to read SPAM messages as well. Something like Mr Jamie Kellner, CEA of Time Warner/Turner.
