Imagine being addicted to "The Captain and Tennille" or disco? Wanting to go to work in big bellbottoms, big hair, big shoes and a nehru jacket ... p. Now THAT would be a genuine psychological handicap.

The odd thing is that he is not even claiming he is actually disabled by the music itself, nor that he is addicted. His argument is just "I would rather do this than work and follow rules." And this is a "disability."
