pwnies's Journal: Vodaphone loses iPhone exclusivity case

BBC writes that Vodaphone has lost their case against T-Mobile over iPhone exclusivity in Germany. Astonishingly, the court overturned their previous decision that required T-Mobile to sell unlocked versions of Apple's iPhone ( albeit at a ridiculous price ). T-Mobile representative Rene Bresken was quoted with saying that they "are pleased with the outcome".
