This is just stupid, tragic and ridiculous. Why someone wants to hurt one of the segments of their economy that is doing well is beyond me.

By the way, if any US citizen with a strong statistics PhD is looking for work, the field of Medical Genetics is crying for you to apply at the UW. Methodology is critical, mind you.
