Things to like:

• Solid margin
• Tame election day
• Centrist rhetoric

The economic crap sandwich is unfortunate. He simply deserves better than the last decades of mismangement.
I'll probably pray for him more than I've ever prayed for W. The thought of someone doing something unspeakable really hacks me off, and I fear I've heard more than one completely disconnected, un-hopeful surmise about the POTUS-elect's health prospects.
Anyway, I sat out the last two weeks and didn't Journal, because, well, a veer towards Europe really doesn't excite me in the slightest. I humbly eat my crow, with a dash of srew-the-RINO on the side. A worse campaign than John Kerry.
