dreemernj's Journal: Has Target always been a bunch of dicks?

I've been to 2 Target stores, one in NJ and one in PA, in the past week and in both cases I was met by idiots. In both cases I came across tons of items marked at the wrong prices. When I went to ring up my order, and things rang up incorrectly, they simply told me that they change their prices every week and they can't be expected to keep all the prices marked correctly.

Have I gone mad? Or is keeping the prices correct on their shelves a very basic expectation of any such store? And, at both stores, this was not a case of an individual being grouchy. Because in both stores I was told this by the cash register attendent and then by someone at the customer service desk. I have to believe this is their policy and it seems wrong.

Perhaps they reached a level of brand recognition and have so many customers they don't have to worry about little things like not posting misleading prices?
