Journal Nicolas MONNET's Journal: French 3-strike law censored by constitutional court
According to Le Monde, France's constitutional court has just stricken out much of the infamous "3 strike law" AKA Hadopi.
They have specifically rejected the disconnection penalty, rendering the whole thing completely impotent. Another law, DADVSI, suffered the same fate in 2006.
