Journal 2TecTom's Journal: Browsers should be able to pre-open certain types of links

Think pop ups or PIP of the next page. Wouldn't it be nice if you could tell your browser to prefetch, and preview certain links on pages you visit? If this was rule based and supported scripting, it could be useful. It would be helpful if you could populate fields and initiate actions. Sorta like web macros. With XML tags triggering events you could, say, pop up definitions for words tagged as jargon for instance.
