It's nice to see the city's pre-approved police budget is being put to some use, harassing protesters in front of City Hall. I sat and watched for a while to see what unbelievable excuse they would come up with for sending this guy packing. It was a quiet, legal protest. In fact, he even stood far enough back from the curb to avoid violating the sign bylaw. We obviously don't need the downtown patrols if they have nothing better to do than give the nearest nutcase a hard time. CPS - Standing Up for Your Freedom of Speech.
