Should the resolution have been abandoned? Has diplomacy now taken a back seat to military action? What is your reaction to the ever increasing threat of war?

I would never consider twelve+ years and 18 UN resolutions as giving diplomacy a 'back seat'. Diplomacy stood first and foremost in every country's eye. The U.S. et al are just the first to stand up and declare enough is enough.

How much more diplomacy should we have tried? How much would be enough for everyone?
