I would like them to be informed that they are douchewaffles. Even the whole sign-in/password recovery system feels like something running on a 3270.

Mostly showing that I worked at IBM. They're probably STILL screen-scraping RETAIN over there.

feels like something running on a 3270.
Many web sites and other systems would benefit from the 3270 treatment -- get away from the flash, from the graphics, the javascript ... get down to the raw data.

Probably is. Since I've filed a couple complaints with UPS and USPS each recently I seem to have gotten good service for the last few days. Let's see how long that lasts :P I've been getting packages faithfully of late though, which is nice because it's all been stuff I'm eagerly awaiting. Midway, Wolff and Wilson have been good to me
