SBC is suing a website for using tables, in the effort of suing anyone for using a frame type concept.

This would be like the inventor (read: person who patented and otherwise did not invent) the concept of the "index" suing because all books use an index.

That would be like me creating a concept like using pipes instead of spaces when your spacebar isn't working, and then suing everyone when it became standard practice.

SBC is a horrible entity, and I will never use any product or service remotely associated with, or that they sponsor.
