You could make it an extenstion to the Friend/Foe system... Friends/Foes/Aliases. The problem with that is that you have to correlate by IPID, and a lot of people have generated completely separate accounts that always use the same blind proxy. In short, it's impossible, and it would become even more impossible if you published the information.
