It says in clause 42 that all errors and omissions, including errors in spelling and grammar, on the part of the agent (that would be you) are subject to a $100 performance penalty to be paid to the client in full, due immediately. Since it has been, in fact, more than 5 hours since you made the error, you owe me a 5% late charge on top of that. That brings your total penalty to $105. Subtract the $44.62 you claim I

Hmmm. That seems to be a fragment sentence. Oh, what does it say here? "Clause 42(b). All errors and omissions, including errors in spelling and grammar, on the part of the client (that would be you) are subject to a $200 performance penalty to be paid to the agent (that would be me)." So, you now owe me $44.62 + $200 for your grammatical error, minus $100 for mine, leaving you with an outstand

So I don't owe you a dime, and you still owe me $60.38. Since clause 42(c) says that if the the agent (that would be you)), fails to pay the client (that would be me) money owed due to performance penalty, client reserves the right, at client's sole discretion, to hold the entire contract null and void.
