Today, a plea bargain was announced [primezone.com] between the DoJ [justice.gov] and a Norwegian shipping company [odfjell.com]. The antirust violations landed prison time for the CEO and the VP, plus USD -42.5 million. If this had been an American company [usdoj.gov], would they have be given a patent [ffii.org] on transportation instead? Maybe the Vikings should have tried a bit of prejury and evidence manufacture, and shut up about the spam already
