It is published. Right here. And I'm doing it. I'm hacking the LawForge, and I'll start writing my laws, and others will, too. That's how big ideas start. Fom small steps.
I too, have no money and no power. But we all have the means to help. Just pick any of the list of tasks and start working. People will notice eventually, and they'll join.
"Publishing" won't do any good. That's just asking somebody else to do it for you. And the truth is, no one else will. It is the personal responsibility of each individu
