Jellybob's Journal: Work

Is surprisingly good at the moment, although completely exhausting at the same time.

For the first time I'm being a support tutor for IT section of the month long employment preparation course we run, and I'm having a great time. Nothing can quite come close to knowing at the end of the day you've made a difference for someone.

The only problem is not really having time for any other work, so my todo list for things that need doing when I get back to a normal schedule is growing by the day. I'm also deeply disappointed I'm going to miss Thursday's session because I get to setup projectors and run the presentations for a fund raising day. I know it needs doing, but I'd rather be teaching people the basics of IT, than sucking up to people with fat checkbooks thanks.

Anyway - time to go to bed.
