Take the time you devote to looking for spelling errors in Slashdot articles and devote that to exercise. I know that you are trying to lose weight and exercise would help a lot with this. Many people complain that they don't have time to exercise but if people really think about their daily lives, there are plenty of activities that they can cut from their schedule.

It's not a matter of wheather you can change your schedule to allow for exercise, it's wheather you will.
