I suspect it may relate to one of the comments I posted in the discussion on the voter shortsightedness article as I haven't written much here that has gotten much attention lately, but that's just a guess.

You may want to ask that of your friends pudge and railgunner. While the latter is my friend as well, neither likes to talk about their foe lists. And as near as I can tell, the former has a foe list that not only is astronomically long, but is for life.

Everybody does what they will. I don't see any real moral/ethical implications in foe-ing people. I just don't get it.

I'm not accusing you of making a moral judgment about it. I'm just responding specifically to your subject of

by directing you to two people who use their foes lists. Granted one example I gave you has only me and one other user on his foes list while the other has a very extensive collection of hatred, but they certainly could give you reasons for using the list.

Of course, whether or not they are meaningful reasons I will leave up to you.
