  • MUAHAHAHAH.

Geeez. Lighten up. I'm serious here. I'm voting Bush this fall, and democratic in the Congress. We need to keep the Prez and the Congress in opposite parties. It never seems to work when the Congress is a rubber stamp. I prefer nothing to something stupid.
  • Bush, Bush.. I love bush! Oh wait.. :-\ Different sort of Bush. Eh.. either way, I'm voting GW in November.
  • Those who support GW at least have something to vote for. Funny how the opposition can only find things to vote against. What the heck happened to the good old Democratic Party issues?
    • They went away with Clark and Dean.

Really the only reason to vote Kerry is that he's the best chance against Bush. I don't think anyone really likes him.
    • My point exactly. The good old Democratic Party issues gave way to socialism/communism and couldn't muster enough support to get Dean/Clark nominated. The answer was to find someone who doesn't stand for anything and try to get him in line with enough voters to beat Bush. Ironically, Bush is right in line with many of the the old Democratic Party issues.

That leaves the Left with nothing but demagoguery to defeat Bush. Undermine the war effort, blame every ill in the world on Bush... Well, no one is

  • I'm registered and I vote regularly.

Philosophically, I agree with many LP positions,
but, as a practical matter, I am unwilling to
risk having my vote aid the Socialist/Democratic
party candidate. Therefore, I will probably
cast my vote in the Republican column, as I did
    four years ago.
    • I throw my hat in the lot with this fellow right here. I really don't like government interference in my life at all, but I'd much rather have them tell me that I can't smoke pot then hax them tax me for eating fatty foods, driving an SUV, or making any substatianl amount of money.
  • Parties are the same anyway, may as well stick with this horse.

I'm supporting Bush for another term.

He supports some policies I don't like, but I'm not throwing my vote away for someone like Kerry (or 'other') just because "he's not dubya!"
  • Bush is less evil than Kerry. Not that that's saying too much.
  • Wow, considering all the anti-Bush propaganda /.ers ususally spew, is it a good idea to identify oneself as a conservative Republican here?

    Well, here's hoping 8^)

Yep, gonna vote G-Dub in the fall just like I did in 2000. Of course, since I live in Kalifornia I doubt my vote will have an impact on the election. Just one conservative voice drowning in the liberal sea of Santa Monica, I fear...
  • After all the hysteric predictions of gloom and doom if we re-elect Dubya, how can you resist? I mean, I'm dying of suspense here.

Kleeneness is next to Godelness.

Working...
