      Are prisoners exchanges a good idea, or should we give out, say, oh I don't know, 1500 missiles instead?

      • Prisoner exchanges are not a bad idea, if you break even or better in the deal.
        In the hypothetical case of being a useless sack whose chief metric for success is "winning the news cycle", you can buy a look of Brooklyn Bridges and feel like you're "winning".
