Chacham's Journal: Nonsense: "certain customers in Indiana and Kentucky"

Called up Verizon and heard:

Great News! On Labor Day, September sixth, all peak airtime usage will be billed at off-peak rates, except for certain customers in Indiana and Kentucky.

I just find the term "certain customers" to be hilarious.

"Warning: tickets should not be taken internally."
Homer: "See, because of me, now they have a warning."
