Sawopox's Journal: Starting to teach soon.

Well folks, it's been a year and 4 months since I graduated, and it's time to put that degree to use. I am going to enter the realm of public education in America, in Florida no less. Any words of advice before I dive in?

I think you have chosen a fine profession. The satisfaction you will recieve from touching all students who come through your classroom will be rewarding.

My advice is try to teach so all learning styles will benifit, those who learn listening, those who learn visualizing, those who learn by doing. It might be challenging, but that should keep you sharp.

And remember who your best and most inspiring teachers were. How did they effect you? Try and always be positive, in todays age you are more than a teach
