Chacham's Journal: Oh my

Talk about horrible. This article talks about a guy who walked with the wrong person, so the tribal council ordered his sister to be raped.

Jokes aside, about wanting the court rapist job, this story really makes me want to vomit.

Anyway, IMHO, its not worse. A rape is a rape no matter who it's done to. Age makes little difference.

In the story I had posted, the rape was *sanctioned* by a tribal court. How any society can use rape as a punishement is beyond me. Even Saudi Arabi is better than that.

Ever watched the Clint Eastwood movie, "Unforgiven"?

Get a few 'Unforgiven' pods out there in Pakistan and those other places where this gang rape shit occurs and let them take care of the perps.

The worst of it seems to be that the police are the ones doing the raping. Damn, who CAN you trust there?!?!

Lets just say, I have taken 2 countries off of my "would like to go visit someday" list...

Brief of the Film

Clint is hired along with a couple other guys to hunt down and kill a guy who cut up a prostitute's face for laughing at his 'little willy'.

In true Clint style though, he couldn't just kill 1 man...there were all of his friends as well, but anyhow of course he kills them all and wins an academy award in the process =)

If rape victim's used this approach, save money in legal fees, and gauranteed justice :) and the ONLY justice I see fit for the crime of rape is death...sorry but I'm a very strong PROponent of the death penalty. I believe when someone commits such a heinous crime that they forgo all rights and priviledges expected as a human, and should be treated as such.(but that's for another rant)

Though, I don't agree with the rape gets death thing. I am for the death penalty sometimes, but I'll save that as a comment when you journal-post your rant. :-)

I am for corporal punishment. And, anyone who rapes, should get a good thrashing.
