Let me know why you set me as friend/enemy.

I've always been curious about how people set their friend/enemy relationships on Slashdot. So, if you don't mind, drop me a line when you befriend or befoe me. Do we (dis)agree on a specific topic ? Watch the same/different Sci-Fi shows ? Or are we ideological opposites during a debate ?I've always been curious about how people set their friend/enemy relationships on Slashdot. Hey,

I just friended you - good timing for this question.

Saw your post in the Can Spam story thread (correlation != causation), that was the trigger.

I normally hate it when people refer to Slashdot as one entity - I would prefer to see The Editors|The Trolls|The Kids|The Stereotypical Geek instead of "Slashdot", but you kept your message short and to the point.

Decided to put aside my pet peeve and went through your old posts. In general, the ones that were highly rated seemed to be accurately marked and lower-marked ones deserved higher marks.

And you don't post excessively often - I have friends set to +3 so I'm not interesting in seeing "Me Too" times fifty.

In short: good posts. Keep it up.

So ... (1)
