You're assuming that this is a mistake that will be corrected, while in fact, this is a deliberate test of the slashdot user base, who are expected to be able to parse the character encoding on fly. Anyone seen complaining about this or voting for the other options will be banned.

It says 'responded to' not 'voted in'. I responded to most of the polls last year by complaining about the lack of options or ambiguously phrased question, not by voting...

I'm not sure what "anal enow" means, but do you really think it's that ridiculous to answer "all of them"? There aren't *that* many polls... I'm pretty sure I put in an answer for all of them, even though there were stretches last year where I didn't have internet access for days. When I'm at home I at least look at slashdot every day, and if there's a new poll, I vote on it.
Unless the intent of the question is, "How many did you leave a comment for?", but it's ambiguous. I guess based on the ranges of answers provided that may have been the intent, as I'm pretty sure there were a lot more than 12 polls in total. But when I put in my response, I didn't think about it that much. As usual, an ambiguous and poorly worded (not to mention the â" formatting disaster) slashdot poll :)

I voted in all/most(can't remember which) of them and I don't use Twitter (have an account, but got bored with it) and Facebook (got kicked off for using false datas), nor do I care for them.

So as of this writing, "None of them" stands at 9%. 271 Slashdotters didn't respond to a single poll last year. Assuming than at least some of those have been reading Slashdot for longer than just a few months, what would motivate so many readers to answer this one after such a silence? My memory is pretty good. I can actually think back and remember a lot of things if I really put my mind to it. So to me I just had to think for a second and tally up a rough number and vote based on that.
Of course I don't think anyone should count but if you can't remember what you have done when you put your mind to it then I might have to ask for your geek card.

I would think that Slashdot could tell me how many polls I took last year. I can't remember that far back and wasn't intentionally tracking. But I was always logged in. Can't Slashdot tell me how many polls I took? And what my answers were? Personally, I think that could be some might fine entertainment value right there!
