The New High-Tech 'Popemobile'

samzenpus posted more than 3 years ago | from the go-with-god dept.

Transportation 4

We all know that god protects The Holy Father, but just in case, Pope Benedict XVI has a new hi-tech ride for his tour of the UK. The new "Popemobile" boasts: an air filtration system to protect against biological and chemical attacks, a bomb-proof undercarriage, 3-inch-thick explosive proof glass, and a top speed of 160mph. Made from a modified Mercedes-Benz M-Class 'green petrol' SUV, The Pope's new truck comes with a big pricetag: more than £200,000. I can't wait to find one of these in Fallout 4.

How do you know God wasn't involved in the design of the vehicle to protect his beloved Pope?

P.S. Would you let this man [] babysit your kids?

Who pays for this shit? The british taxpayer I'll bet.

Pedo-pope should stick his jesus fairy-tales up his arse and go swim in the coffers of blood-money he keeps under the vatican.

Great security, but how's it's center of gravity doing? Let's go pope-mobile tipping! P.S. Love the ghetto labelmaker stickers one the dashboard. P.P.S Why does he need a window on the back? P.P.P.S. Who cares about seeing the pope in his "mobile" anymore, just use a normal limo like the rest of the celebrities you self-centered .
