Operational turmoil has put its owner in the doghouse with its creditors, who want to take over. "It's the best domain in the world by far," said Mike Mann, who has tried to keep the creditors at bay. Sex.com is estimated to be worth $100 m. Let the games begin!"

the max payout of a domain so far has been $16m
if you mean profits from purchases on the site then maybe.

The estimation by Mike Mann is obviously biased as he has an interest in the outcome. As a point of interest, it's not just the domain.
