nathanielinbrazil (1774720) writes " Shares jumped for the backup software maker Double-Take after the firm received a number of unsolicited bids on Monday. Despite a recent reduction for their first quarter earnings forecast vis-a-vis Wall Street, its board of directors huddled to vet the offers and their conditions. Shares jumped up $1.03 at $9.74 in early Monday NASDAQ trading."
