The title of the article is wrong (1)

The title of the article, both here and at PCWorld, is wrong. The ruling is not for a permanent injunction. Samsung just lost the appeal to repeal the temporary injunction, based on Apple's use of falsified evidence. The actual trial has not even begun, and no permanent injunction will be issued until it is over.
