YouTube (1)

What does this mean for sites like YouTube? I know they make an effort to keep copyright infringement to a minimum, but they don't catch everything. Are all those working for Google to be held responsible?

Agree, megaupload had a mechanism that allowed the copyright holder to request a file be removed. I have seen many messages stating that "this file has been removed due to copyright infringement". So does that mean that even if a site is removing material on request, they are still going to be shut down?

Google is more useful to FBI than megaupload, seeing as the big database about our life it become.
