judgecorp writes "The UK Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) is offline due to a continued DDoS attack. No suspect has emerged, but SOCA was previously taken down by LulzSec. Jake Davis (believed to be LulzSec's topiary) was charged with being behind the previous hit."
