Bruce, if I had a religion you would share a pantheon with Eric Raymond, Kernighan and Ritchie, Sholes, Wirth, and others. I kneel before your wisdom in all things technical and legal. You know far more than me. I am thankful for your contribution, and in the instant case, for this.

Could you please find some cousin, nephew or indigent to help you with page design? That is painful to look at. If you don't know anybody I'll do it as my duty to all men until you find somebody more able. You can find me at gmail.

Effective communication also involves having your screed not being painful to read. I want this info to spread far and wide - I posted similar stuff here myself. A little help with the visual format would help the message a lot.
