Apple Loses Patent Case for Facetime Technology

The $368m is for past transgressions only? Does the ruling prohibit or permit Apple's use of the patents going forward? Is Apple required to uninstall facetime in their next IOS update?

Relax! Courts only award damages for past infringement, so the answer to your first question is YES. Your other questions have not yet been answered by the court.
