Apple gets slapped hard by British Courts

An anonymous reader writes "As most of us have been reading , Apple tried suing Samsung in the UK for supposedly copying the iPad with the Galaxy Tab.
The British courts disagreed and directed Apple to put a notice on the Apple UK website with the facts and an apology.

Apple added a number of statements which, according to the court, were "calculated to produce huge confusion" — among them, a reference to the separate US verdict that awarded Apple more than one billion dollars in damages.
Now the same courts have ruled that Apple now will have to pay all of Samsungs legal costs in this matter."
