Lytro- Shift your perspective

RMB2 (936187) writes "Lytro introduces new features, including (slightly) shifting the perspective of photos captured with their light field technology. Slight it may be, but it's enough to create "3D" photos.

I write "3D" in quotes because at this point it just refers to the cheesy stuff that has been highly over-marketed lately (seems to happen every 15 years or so). For more info on the real deal, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integral_imaging Pair a light field camera with a display that can do the same and now we're talking."
