Reemi (142518) writes "Ericsson announced that they filed a patent infringement action against Samsung after it refused to sign a license agreement on FRAND (Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory) terms, despite two years of negotiations.
Is the legal battlefield moving from handsets to networking equipment or is Samsung trying to bully all out of the market?"

Samsung refused to negotiate with apple, now they refuse to negotiate with Ericsson. There's a pattern forming

After refusing to license patents, Ericsson is forced to take the serial patent infringer Samsung to court. Samsung who famously never invented anything and is a clever marketing company that rips off other people designs and technology is about to get a taste of it's own medicine.

How about that editors?

Sensationalist and utterly wrong. That should get on the front page of Slashdot
